Peter Theobald joins Value Point Systems as VP – Cybersecurity Practice
ValuePoint Systems, a Noventiq company is pleased to welcome aboard Peter Theobald as VP – Cybersecurity Practice. He will be based out of our Mumbai office.
He is an industry veteran with over 34 years of experience in the IT industry, having launched the RedAlert computer virus defence system in 1991. His company, IT Secure, also introduced Sonicwall and Barracuda Networks to the Indian market in the early 2000s. Since then he has held senior level positions in various IT Service Organisations.
Peter Theobald is an all-India rank-holder Chartered accountant with a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Technology (PGCST) from NCST and passed the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) examination from ISACA. Incidentally, in 2022, he wrote the best-selling book on Cybersecurity, “Cybersecurity Demystified.”
